Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a 100% remote Invoicing Coordinator for a 3-month assignment.
Responsibilities:
* Review and edit invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with organization policies
* The Invoicing Coordinator will assist in preparation and processing of invoices
* Maintain and update invoicing records and databases
* Communicate with internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies
* Assist in reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial reports
* As an Invoicing Coordinator, you will support implementation of process improvements to enhance invoicing efficiency
* Provide administrative support to team as needed
