Invoicing Junior Specialist (Korean Speaker)

As a Invoicing Junior Specialist at Infobip, you will be in the Order to Cash part of the team, that team handles monitoring and billing, sending invoices, reconciling usage reports, analyzing revenue and prepaid balances, and communicating with clients regarding payment concerns while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strictly following internal procedures to ensure billing is done properly and invoices are issued and delivered to customers within the agreed termsContinuous efforts in increasing the percentage of customers on automatic invoicingActively maintaining a customer base of a minimum of 300 customers and up to 100 manual invoicesIn-depth knowledge of internal products and toolsActively managing customer master data in SalesforceAccurate and on-time resolution of manual document requestsMaintain customer balance, prepaid/postpaidInternal Stakeholder ManagementInternal/External escalationsDispute ManagementThe ability to issue e-tax invoicing in the South Korea Tax Portal will be an added advantage

 

More About You

Advanced English is required for this role.Proven ability to converse effectively (verbal & written) in Korean languagesExperience in communicating with clients via email, phone and online meetings.Bachelor's degree on Accounting or FinanceGreat communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersUnderstanding of the Billing management.Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially ExcelDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
