**Job Summary**
Responsible for consolidating all information necessary for weekly, monthly and quarterly finance reports. Distributes reports in a timely manner based on specific timelines. Provides business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting. Submits financial analysis and projections to all levels within the organization in support of functional regional objectives.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Runs a variety of financial data, maintaining and updating financial models and plans.
+ Maintains and assists in designing financial reports.
+ Provides trend reporting and other analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
+ Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks, as required.
+ Coordinates changes to existing reports or required submissions for new reports across departments.
+ Supports Finance department and Financial Analysts team which may include duties such as: data entry, distributing reports and responding to other initial departmental requests.
+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Additional Job Description**
+ Review and approval of Construction invoices.
+ Effectively communicate and provide status reports on work product.
+ Manages a high volume of vendor invoices.
+ Researching Vendor inquiries and following up to confirm all invoices are paid.
+ Must be able to read color coded mapping.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
+ Knowledge of P2 desired.
+ Construction practices and knowledge preferred.
+ Cable industry knowledge preferred.
+ Basic understanding of accounting concepts through course-work or relevant experience preferred.
+ Suggest and implement process improvements to improve invoicing review efficiency.
+ Work cross-functionally as needed.

**Salary:**
Primary Location Pay Range: $26.79 - $40.19
