Position Overview:

As part of the talented Brunswick New York Mills, Lund and Crestliner team, We pride ourselves on building the highest quality, most durable and innovative fishing boats in the industry. Compiles data and prepares invoices and bills by performing the following duties to expedite the processing of orders. Assists the finance/accounting department with ad hoc reporting and projects where needed.

Essential Functions:

• Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all-inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned.
• Works with Load Management, Sales, Part’s Sales and Shipping departments to compile needed data.

• Checks all pricing, discount and freight information for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Prepares invoices and bills of lading listing items sold, selling price, discounts, freight, credit terms, etc.
• Generates the Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin and verifies that the MSO and invoice are in agreement.
• Works directly with the boat dealers and drivers relating to customer pick-ups, selected discount and freight questions, and completing affidavits when necessary.
• Prepares Canadian Border paperwork with correct calculations and information needed for drivers to cross Canadian border.

• Processing of dealer incentive programs.

• Act as the Trade Compliance Liaison for New York Mills operations.

• Running of basic financial reports as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Two-year associate’s degree in accounting or business with preferably with two to five years related work experience.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
