INZAI : Managing Consultant - Safety Services (Senior Level)

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our growing Environmental Health and Safety technical team in Japan. In this role, you will provide technical assistance on health and safety compliance projects, safety oversight, risk assessments, industrial hygiene monitoring, and compliance assurance programs for clients locally, nationally, and internationally. Work is expected to be conducted in the Chiba, particularly in the Inzai region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage safety at large demolition and other construction sites.Monitor and ensure construction personnel comply with prescribed operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and work contracts.Perform various health and safety inspections & assessments.Prepare technical reports and other deliverables.Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality of projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years relevant experience working in construction management and safety management at construction, civil engineering, and demolition sites.Native level of JapaneseBusiness level of EnglishEffective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
