Qualifications ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Applies knowledge of intelligence planning tradecraft and practices in support of command or organization planning and exercise support activities. 2. Conducts research on defense intelligence capabilities and limitations, procedures and products, and assists in coordinating intelligence support to DoD customers. 3. With guidance, conducts all tasks of basic, intermediate and advanced target development, target list management, and combat assessment. 4. Defines intelligence support requirements and communicates these within the organization and to IC stakeholders. 5. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules own work activities to complete assignments in timely and effective manner. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience in Space/Counterspace Intelligence roles/missions. 2. Experience and certification in Joint Intelligence Planning. 3. Experience as an action officer at the Combatant Command HQ level. Education Additional Information DIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601.
