We craft solutions like CarPlay and Do Not Disturb While Driving, and we also partner with a broad multi-functional team inside Apple to deliver experiences such as digital car key. We work hand-in-hand with automakers worldwide to integrate features into nearly every new vehicle shipping today, features that drivers love and use every day. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated developer with 3 + years experience in application development to design and develop in-vehicle Apple experiences of the future. DescriptionDescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for implementing features built in to the operating system that power in-car features such as CarPlay. This includes the design and implementation itself in both system apps and supporting frameworks. You’ll work closely with our design team crafting the user experiences our users depend on on a daily basis. You’ll also deep dive into our code base, optimizing the size and performance of applications and frameworks, and drive the quality high by fixing bugs. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,900 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
