IOT Lead
Enable employees to interact with our systems using any type of device (IoT), while ensuring high availability and security of systems and data. + Engineer our device management environment, including AirWatch, Configuration Manager (referred to as SCCM), Intune and related Windows. + Apple and mobile device administration tools. + Develop concepts and strategies to further optimize and standardize the management of devices within our environment based on factors such as industry best practices and interoperability with other technologies within the Enterprise. + Engineer Apple workstations in our environment, including accounting for device usage growth. + Engineer our Microsoft Windows environment using software distribution, imaging, and patching capabilities within SCCM. + Perform integration of MDM within a secure active directory. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. + 6+ years of experience in Information Technology with 2-5 years of experience managing IT staff. **Other Job Specific Skills** + Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate technical issues. + Advanced knowledge of issued hardware and/or software products and excellent working knowledge of personal computers and peripherals required. + Ability to get team members to work together to accomplish tasks. + Ability to think long-term and establish achievable action plans. + Actively looks for ways to help people in the most efficient manner. + Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. + Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services to include customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. + Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
