Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their IP Litigation Group in Austin.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Texas. 3-5 years of substantive patent litigation experience, specifically focused on IP litigation. Proven experience working on sophisticated matters in a highly regarded law firm. Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high-profile patent litigation matters, representing well-known clients across various industries. Collaborate with seasoned litigators in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Contribute to strategy development, case management, and execution of complex IP litigation cases.
