IP/OP Operator

Come join our team as an Instrumentation processing operator! As an IP/OP Operator, you will receive and open incoming equipment for Calibration and/or repair. Inputting data into Oracle, you will forward instruments to the next step in the process. After instruments are completed by technician teams, you will close out the package in Oracle, and pack & ship the device back to the client. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity learn all the areas of the Instrumentation inbound and outbound process, as well as the supporting functions. In this role you will need be a self-starter with high attention to detail, who is inquisitive about solving problems. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have the desire to learn and improve. Hours are first shift hours of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM daily. 

Responsibilities

Receive and open inbound mail containing customer owned equipment Review incoming paperwork for order RMA registration Process RMA’s accurately into Oracle based operating system Communicate with Customer Service, instrument technicians, and carriers as needed Out-process completed instruments accurately through Oracle Package instruments effectively and label contents accurately Ship packages domestically, internationally, and via special couriers as needed Conduct daily operational equipment checks, problem solve, and implement corrective actions Help provide training to other colleagues once competency is reached

 

Qualifications

High School diploma, GED or equivalent required Basic digital literacy with proficiency in MS Office programs (Word/Excel) Knowledge of intermediate math with the ability to add and divide to get percent error. Ability to read, interpret and follow written instructions. Ability to work over-time as scheduled.
