DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for IP Operation Coordinator in Algeria. In this specific position you will Handles all booking procedures for IP customers.

In this IP Operation Coordinator position

   You will be in contact with shipping lines, airlines, local transport, port authority, and logistics companies. You will cooperate with the accounts department to follow up on collections. You will assist in accomplishing service at the required level for customer satisfaction.You will coordinate with the Sales department and all DGF stations to respond to all requests (technical and commercial).You will respond to customer requests for quotations and provide all the required information.You will carry out the administrative and operational processes.You will handle all routed and non-routed shipments (if any).You will ensure the cycle of the job from routing, delivery, and billing is within customer expectations You will contact and provide the customer with documents to prepare clearing documents.You will follow up on clearance procedures. You will follow Order Acceptance procedures in all operational work.You will inspire coworkers and brokers to attain goals and pursue excellence. You will identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.    

Now, here’s what we need from you.

  Ability to define, develop, and document business processes and procedures. Basic understanding of customs clearance procedures and import / export procedures. Proficient in computer processing and system/data entry orientation. Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills. Strong time management skills. Commitment to self-development. The expected years of experience are 1 to 3 years.Strong communication skills at all levels, providing clear and concise information while actively listening.Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with composure, handling stress professionally while staying organized.Focus on accomplishing tasks with measurable results, overcoming obstacles to achieve business goals.
