The Role As an Aspen Infoplus.21 Developer, you will support the Aspen IP 21 product, helping businesses improve work practices, reduce downtime, and enhance changeovers with real-time traceability from multiple sources to create a comprehensive view of production operations. You will be responsible for driving performance improvements by visualizing, analyzing, and monitoring plant operations data in real-time.

Your expertise in configuring the Aspen IP21 manufacturing solution will be critical as you work with various modules, including Process Explorer, SQL Plus, Aspen Calc, and more. You will implement and support commercial applications like Process Historian, LIMS, IoT, MES, and ERP. Additionally, you will be involved in tag configuration, operator graphic screen development, interfacing MES software with other applications, and upgrading existing systems to meet the latest OS and database standards.

What You’ll Bring

10 years of work experience, with at least 5-7 years in MES and Historians like InfoPlus.21 (IP21). Experience in plant historian Aspentech InfoPlus21 IP21 and configuring the Aspen IP21 manufacturing solution. Proficiency in VB Macro programming in Excel and knowledge of VB.net or Excel VBA. Strong understanding of SQL Server & SQL Query. Experience with SQL Server Reporting (SSRS) is an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and troubleshoot them effectively. Experience with application upgrades, including compatibility with modern browsers like Edge and Chrome.
