The Position

Join Roche Diagnostics Solutions and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. We are seeking an experienced and motivated International Product Manager to lead our Cardiometabolic Lifecycle within the Core Lab division. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and significantly impact patient care on a global scale.

About the Role:

As an International Product Manager, you will guide our cardiometabolic products through their entire lifecycle, from development to market success. Your key responsibilities include:

Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development, launch, and market phases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with international teams, sales organizations, and customers to translate insights into actionable strategies.Market Strategy: Develop positioning and pricing strategies, monitor competition, and ensure our products meet market demands.Customer Satisfaction: Provide support for existing products, ensuring high-quality service and swift issue resolution.Innovation and Change: Drive change by adopting innovative practices and fostering collaboration across teams.

What We Are Looking For:A medical marketing background with experience in the diagnostics industry is essential. You should have a strong understanding of what it takes to establish new solutions in the market, including developing evidence generation plans, education initiatives, access strategies, awareness campaigns, and establishing centers of excellence to build demand for products that set new standards of care.A strong preference for candidates with Roche affiliate experience.Applicants with tertiary product expertise in cardiology, including point of care, digital solutions, or therapies in the cardio space, are welcomed.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to build collaborative relationships and navigate strategic opportunities.
