Job Description:
Qualified Clinical Application Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and sales support for clinical laboratory products. Technical support includes delivering operator training at customer facilities, providing on-site instrument implementation assistance, technical liaison, and support sales team efforts.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate onsite customer training of new equipment.Effectively manages instrument implementations projects; assisting customers to perform instrument verification studies. Analyze verification study data and prepare statistical reports. Present verification data to the customer.Complete required documentation according to policies and procedures.Work with internal resources and the customer to resolve technical issues. This includes escalating complaints received from the customer to Technical Support, providing all required data and activities following escalation and complaint handling procedures.Provide pre- and post-sale technical support as needed, including product demonstrations.Ensure new instrument implementations are completed to meet timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction goals.Maintain customer satisfaction.Understand organizational goals and execute strategy with defined action plans.Demonstrate effective working relationships with external and internal customers.

The potential base pay range for this role is 40-45 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
