Key missions of the position:

The incumbent would be the IR Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of IR of Transit India.  The incumbent will have the responsibility of ensuring IR functional delivery and excellence in Employee Engagement/Advocacy, Employee Relations, ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Works closely with unions and employee representatives to create and deliver people practices that develop and maintain positive working relationships between an organization and its people

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labour unionsConducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policiesProvides counsel to workers regarding company and Governmental policies, regulations, and procedures.Facilitating negotiations between management and labour unionsProviding advice and support to management on industrial relations issuesLead the contract management. Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standardsPeople Management: NoBudget Management:  Yes
