\nJob Summary
\nAs an Interventional Radiology RN, you will use nursing expertise to deliver patient care with the healthcare team. Your tasks include evaluating health, identifying issues, creating care plans, and tracking treatment responses. You will help patients navigate their healthcare safely. You will use knowledge of needs to prevent issues.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nPrioritizing patient and family needs is crucial. Responsibilities involve developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Adjustments are made as needed.\nMaking a safe place for patients, families, staff is vital.\nThis includes maintaining confidentiality and voicing patient concerns when necessary.\nThe successful candidate will manage learning for patients and families and help nursing staff growth. Knowledge sharing in the health care team and community is also promoted.\nThe perfect candidate partners effectively with team members and the community to implement a cohesive care plan.\nThe candidate must recognize limited resources and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care.\nEncourage professional growth by contributing to a positive work environment and supporting peers' professional development. Participation in continued education and community service is valued.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role
\n\nA basic understanding of the patient care practices, medical terminology, medications, and equipment used in interventional radiology nursing.\nYou must communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to engage with different groups effectively.\nCritical thinking and problem-solving for providing optimal patient care.\nThe ability to track changes in patients' health and communicate clearly with nurses and doctors.\nBasic computer skills, particularly knowledge of electronic medical documentation systems and email.\n\nBelonging Statement

\nQualifications
\n\nGrad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification\nThe applicant's major field of study should be Nursing.\nCandidates must be Registered Nurses.\nA BLS certification is required or must obtain within 30 days of hire\n
