What you will do in this role:

Coordinate PPD data collection with interdisciplinary teamEnsure completion of supportive documentation for Quality Indicators (QIs) in medical recordCompletes admission and discharge IRF-PAI within CMS designated time framesCollect appropriate information from medical record and summarize on IRF-PAIEnsure completion of admission PAI within four days of admissionEnsure completion of discharge PAI within five days of dischargeInputs data into CMS accepted program within designated time frameUpdates IRF-PAI log and maintains its accuracyCheck patient location roster and verify accuracy of IRF-PAI logEnsure completion of all columns of IRF-PAI log with each disciplineAssist in team education regarding Quality Indicators (QIs) and documentationComplete Quality Indicators (QIs) competencyAssist in performing Quality Indicators (QIs) competencies with other team membersOther duties as assigned
Qualifications

Clinical degree and current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or MSWQI competency knowledgeState and federal guidelines knowledgeHealthcare industry knowledgeBasic computer and data entry skillsClinical assessment and analysis skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills
