**Iron Worker** **Paying $25.00 / HR - $38.00 / HR** **Location - Vancouver, WA** **Responsibilities:** + Assembling structural steel components, positioning steel together and bolting, finding correct alignment with pieces and working with material handlers to position accordingly. + Fitting together large structural assemblies. + Safe operation of power tools, hoists. + Must be comfortable with heights of up to 20 feet. **Qualifications:** + Previous ironworking or iron erection/construction is preferred. However, most of these skills can be taught if someone has worked around steel before. **Environment/ Shift:** + A North-American leader in plant shutdown and maintenance construction projects. Their home shop is in Vancouver, where the fabricate all steel structural components for field projects. + Day : Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm. OT on Fridays and on weekends when needed. Right now working 5, 10 hour shifts M-F while busy. Any qualified candidate will have ability to interview within 24 hours with potential following week start date.
