Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead defined service lines in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. Each day, you will be responsible to design, implement, and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer’s expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by managing multiple third-party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimizing the cost. The work model for the role is #LI #OnsiteThis role is contributing to the IS Services in India- Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for:-\tProven track record of technical background in Cloud Finops and Solution implementation-\tStrong user of design thinking approach to design digital solutions-\tAbility to direct and manage a department of FinOps SME’s and project managers.-\tAbility to collaborate and direct external vendor managers-\tAbility to coordinate, lead and drive internal or external development team. -\tAbility to find the best solution for implementing business requirement. -\tDeep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations

Qualifications for the role

-\tMaster’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, human resources, Finance or similar-\tFluent spoken and written English-\tITIL 4 foundation certification is required-\tOther ITIL and Lean certifications or designation preferred
