Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services in India- Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:-\tDemonstrated public cloud knowledge and experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)-\tAccount Management: Experienced in account management and/or technical client-facing support-\tDeep passion for cloud technology and ability to articulate the cloud value proposition in both technical and financial aspects-\tCustomer focused-\tStrong communication skills-\tSuperior IS operations skills and a deep understanding IS technologies-\tStrong experience to manage operation services in the challenging environment

Qualifications for the role

-\tMaster’s or Bachelor Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar-\tFluent spoken and written English-\tITIL 4 foundation certification is required-\tOther ITIL and Lean certifications or designation preferred
