\nJOB SUMMARY \n \nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epic Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EpicCare Ambulatory and/or MyChart and demonstrate a willingness to grow professionally, gain additional certifications, and expand their expertise. This role will focus on project-based work, requiring strong collaboration with team members and active engagement with stakeholders to ensure the success of our healthcare technology initiatives. Experience with Dorothy, Kaleidoscope, ECLink, and Bones modules is a significant advantage. DFW residents preferred. Open to other Texas residents if willing to travel to Dallas monthly. \n \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE \n \nServe as a key contributor to project-based implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts within the Epic environment. \n \nAnalyze, design, configure, test, and deploy Epic solutions with a focus on enhancing system functionality and user experience. \n \nCollaborate with team members, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. \n \nExpand knowledge to other outpatient applications, including Dorothy, Kaleidoscope, ECLink, and Bones to support upgrades and specialized projects. \n \nParticipate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and plan future enhancements. \n \nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support and training as needed. \n \nActively pursue opportunities to obtain additional Epic certifications and expand expertise in new modules or functionality areas. \n \nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and project deliverables. \n \n \n \nKEY SUCCESS FACTORS \n \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \n \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. \n \nCommitment to professional growth, including obtaining additional Epic certifications. \n \nDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail and deadlines. \n \n \n \nBENEFITS \n \nOur competitive benefits package includes the following \n \nImmediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits \n \n401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% \n \nTuition Reimbursement \n \nPTO accrual beginning Day 1 \n \nNote: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level
