IS Functional Analyst

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process. The work model for the role is: Li-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: •\tProviding business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope. •\tCollecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties. •\tApplying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities. •\tWork in a cross-discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team’s activities.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Or 2+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product role. \tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\tKnowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools\tUnderstanding of software development life cycle methodologies\tFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization techniques\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\tAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
