The primary responsibility of this role is to support the MO Business Area in adopting its new online sales platform, ABB Shop. The IS Implementation Manager will work closely with local country units to implement and integrate the supporting components: Order Management System (OMS) and Configure, Quote, Price (CQP) system.The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid Key Responsibilities:•\tProject Management: Lead and manage the implementation projects for ABB Shop, OMS, and CQP across various local country units, ensuring timely and successful deployment.•\tStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish implementation timelines.•\tTechnical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to local country units during the implementation process, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.•\tTraining and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using ABB Shop, OMS, and CQP systems.•\tChange Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes, including communication plans, user support, and feedback mechanisms.•\tQuality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the systems meet business requirements and function as expected.•\tDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and user guides for future reference and support.•\tContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the performance and usability of ABB Shop, OMS, and CQP.This position reports to: IS Domain Delivery Manager for Marketing & Sales
Qualifications for the role\tEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\tExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, system implementation, or a similar role, preferably within a sales or e-commerce environment.\tTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of online sales platforms, order management systems, and configure, quote, price systems. Previous experience with project management tools and methodologies.\tCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.\tProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\tLeadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\tAdaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
