Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to create and make available consumer focused training and content with the objective of driving adoption of IS Services and establishing IS reputation as a consumer centric organization through provision of fit for purpose training and learning experiences leveraging internal and supplier training assets.The work model for the role is hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:• Defining and maintaining Training stratey and plan in unison with CX Success Lead and CX Operations Manager and CX Marcom Manager• Developing and gaining approval of training assets, together with the Adoption Leads, Product Leads, Content Specialist, Channel Specialist and external agencies• Deliver and Measure Training Campaigns.• Communicate outcomes to Senior Leaders in CX and business.• Provide Training Material consultancy and content to Product & Service product launch support. • Project managing development projects liaising with various stakeholders to ensure constant flow of relevant and high-quality training• Supporting the development of a strong internal training network within corporate and businesses to ensure scalability.• Contribute to the CX transition to consumer centricity by buidling understanding and skills amongst Product and Service owners in the importance and process of IS training and ensuring all training material is of a consistent quality and tightly aligned to ABB brand and Tov
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s Degree in related fields (Technology, Communication, Learn-ing Management) Advanced Certification in Learning Systems of similar 8 years professional experience in training delivery 2 years professional experience in a Change Management role 2 years in project management Strong knowledge of Office 365 and an understanding of the Microsoft Road Map Experience within ABB business and ABB users would be an advantage
