Your role and responsibilities

We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. More than 10 years ago, our Information Systems Delivery Center in Krakow was built up. Last year it successfully merged into the newly created Global Business Services organization. This allows us to expand our global activities and support even further. To strengthen Innovation and Emerging Services team, we are looking for a self-driven UX/UI Designer with outstanding communication and visual de-sign skills. Seize this unique opportunity and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.Responsibilities•\tHave at least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, product or interaction designer, information architect, or a similar UX-related role.•\tBe responsible for understanding product specifications and user psychology to create de-signs that meet both business goals and user needs.•\tCollaborate with other designers and stakeholders to identify problems, create information architecture (IA), and set delivery expectations with the team.•\tProduce user experience solutions through various methods such as flow diagrams, mockups, storyboards, and site maps.•\tProvide support to other team members, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing your expertise and insights.•\tEnsure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for digital users, keeping user •\tsatisfaction at the forefront of all design decisions.•\tPresent your designs and concepts to the team and all stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind your design decisions and responding constructively to feedback.

Qualifications for the role

\tProficiency in Figma with an emphasis on speed and efficiency.\tStrong understanding of responsive design principles and diverse design styles.\tAdvanced knowledge of Design Systems and design tokens.\tExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and manage complex processes.\tHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.\tExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\tProficiency in conducting, analyzing, and applying insights from user research.\tExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\tPortfolio Requirement: A portfolio that demonstrates functional, user-centered designs and highlights your ability to solve complex UX/UI challenges.
