To endorse the role of Demand Management Champion for the Industrial Services Center located in Bangalore. ORGANISATION Organisation structure (job belongs to...) APAC/Services/ Services Engineering Center (SEC) Reports directly to: Services India organization – ISC - Industrial Services Center - Domain Manager Other reporting to: “Dotted line reporting” : Services Operations Product Line Direct reports: NA Network & Links Position title of connected positions / functional report . Internal : SER Ops PL & ISR team & Projects & tenders from every region’s WW . External : Suppliers MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Team and Activity Management To support the follow up of the progress indicators with the various Pilot Countries and its extention to various Regional Deployment. To identify and alert on possible delays in the program deployment toward the defined roadmap To support problem solving in case of Deployment roadblock in tools, processes or change management in the targeted countries. To follow up the DM Dashboard evolution of the various countries and support the identification and follow up of improvement actions. Capture feedback from the countries to improve the Demand Management process, tools or deployment techniques To support in DM Trainings Operations To ensure progress reporting is updated To participate to coordination meeting with the various countries at local and central level ensuring the action tracker is updated. To update internal procedures and support change requests when REX or Roadblok is identifued To ensure that the DM reference documents are updated and correctly stored and distributed to guarantee a coherent communication with the Countries Customer relation - Ensure stakeholder management with the other involved departments : Supply Chain, Industrial, Procurement, Quality, Project Management, Engineering etc. - Ensure good relationship with the countries DM Champions and a supportive attitude. Process & tools implementation - Apply process and tools as defined by the DM program - Identify improvement on processes and tools to better integrate the end to end - Develop / adapt processes & tools to increase process maturity increase. KPI’s : - Timely update of DM Deployment Dashboard and DM documents MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements Mandatory: - Bachelor’s degree in xxxx or equivalent. Experience Mandatory: - Engineering knowledge in Services, Industrial and/or Supply Chain - Project management basic knowledge - Supply Chain, Procurement, Indistrial , Engineering , Project Management basic knowledge - APSYS , DFQ knowledge - Qlik sense application basic knowledge, SAP basic knowledge, Microsoft applications Desirable: - Master’s degree in engineering - Experience of working in a Service depot or Production environment. - Knowledge and understanding of change management techniques Competencies & Skills - Process oriented and tools appetite - Familiar with Alstom organization - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Good presentation skills - Customer orientated - Understanding of Change Management principles - Good analytical skills
