As the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations Excellence Leader, you will lead a team supporting the ISC Operations through processes, strategies and goals of both Manufacturing and Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

Leading the strategy & planning of key projects defining project Product, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDefining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycleCreating strong operational management to Direct and manage project development from beginning to endDeveloping full-scale project plans and associated communications documentsProactively managing changes in project Product, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workAchieving all financial returns on investment as approved with excellence in collaboration and project performance

Fuel your Passion:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Projects and Initiatives.Prior experience with leading people in special projects.Working knowledge of global supply chain operations for the oil, gas and new energy industry.
