As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining high quality standards. Your strong leadership skills and ability to drive operational excellence will be key in achieving production targets and meeting customer demands. You will report directly to our Production Manager. In this role, you will impact the production process, optimize efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the ISC organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.

• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Train and develop production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement solutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production area.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, etc.).

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
