Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the service and repair operations in Charlotte, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and direct service and repair supervisors and logistics supervisors that report to this position
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and improve performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and escalations.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and repair and logistics management processes.
• People leadership responsibilities including employee development, performance management, resource management, coaching, etc.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 5 years of experience in service and repair management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of service and repair processes and methodologies.
• Experience in customer relationship management and customer satisfaction measurement.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
