ISC Project Management Specialist

As an ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will report directly to our Senior Production Scheduling Manager and you will work out of our Clearwater, Florida location. In this role, the impact of an ISC Project Management Specialist is comprehensive, encompassing efficient project execution, team leadership, project planning and strategy, quality assurance, risk management, cost management, communication, documentation, process optimization, issue resolution, data analysis, mentoring and development, compliance, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer satisfaction. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure • Review MPS plans in between execution and planning window to identify shortages for assigned outlines (0-13 weeks) • Clear to build analyis including Bill of Materials and line-stock items • Monitors cycle counts to ensure accurate clear-to-build analysis • Identify and engage procurement partner (Buyer) for external supply gaps based on escalation triggers • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies • Provide guidance and support to project management professionals • Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders • Identify and engage Rate Readiness leaders for help with longer term recovery • Support planners with Customer Ops as requested with supplier recovery details BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
