2. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing manufacturing processes.
3. Excellent communication skills in professional English, both oral and written.
4. Must have United States of America VISA and Passport available.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
7. Experience with Quality Standards and Regulations.
8. Experience in Purchase Orders generation and follow up to invoice payment.
9. Familiarity with PTME procedures for Equipment Acceptance.
10. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
12. Flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Electrification Systems and Test
• Implement standardized engineered solutions for machining equipment with lead responsibility for ergonomics, safety, productivity, and process conformity.
• Deliver manual workstations based on standardized work, including line-side material handling equipment and tooling (tool/bridge rail systems, lift assists, flow racks and fork free unit load lifts/carts), line-side part placement and location equipment, including assessing ergonomic risk factors.
• Deploy standard engineering methods in the development and delivery of Electrification processes and systems. • Provide manufacturing assessments, cost estimates and feasibility input to new program management.
• Support continuous improvement of Manufacturing Systems and the introduction of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain Bill of Process elements for all assembly methods and equipment specifications.
• Support Design for Manufacturing guides in conjunction with prototypes and deliver Make-LikeProduction (MLP) hardware for prototype builds Design, develop, procure, commission and validate cost effective test systems in accordance with Ford Powertrain Strategies, Bill of Process, Procedures and Specifications.
• Implement standardized engineered solutions for production test equipment with lead responsibility for ergonomics, safety, productivity, and process conformity.
• Support continuous improvement of test processes and the introduction of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain Bill of Process elements for all test methods and equipment specifications
