Job Description An employer is looking for an ISSO to join their security team. The ideal candidate will become part of a Data Center and Cloud Optimization program providing ISSO support to the Homeland Advanced Recognition Technology biometric system. This position is responsible for end-to-end Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) functions that entails security control implementation, continuous monitoring, and federal Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities. Works closely under the supervision of Cybersecurity Manager and with other security personnel to ensure operational security measures are implemented. Assesses and mitigates system security risks; determines and analyzes security requirements for implementation and testing. Reviews and continuously monitors implemented security control. This is a fully remote role working 9-4pm EST for their core hours. Skills and Requirements -Ability to obtain a DHS EOD -5 years of relevant experience with Security work -of that time, have held an ISSO title -Experience performing Nessus and ACAS scans -Experience of working with Federal Information Processing (FIPS), FISMA, FedRAMP and Other Cyber Security related laws, regulations and directives -Experience of presenting at client meetings -Experience of translating contractual security requirements to deliverables -Data Obfuscation experience -Preferred Certifications: CISSP or CISM; At least one Cloud Security Certification: AWS Security Professional; CCSP; MS Azure Security Certification; CCSK, CISA, CRISC, GSEC, ComTIA Sec+ null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
