Your Role:

Work independently and manage cyber tasks and projects for the customer Manage POA&Ms and POA&M reporting Conduct cyber risk assessments for new and existing systems Conduct Security Control Assessments Conduct other cyber-related tasks as needed and is flexible and adaptable to changing needs and requirements Develop positive customer relationships by engaging with stakeholders Coordinate with customer and internal project resources/supervisor to communicate the status of program objectives and activities, and to proactively resolve issues and problems as they arise Enhance project processes and develop new processes working in close conjunction with established team leads, the client, and relevant stakeholders Perform time reporting and weekly status reporting Coordinate peer reviews of project deliverables Perform final quality reviews of project deliverables prior to customer delivery Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.  Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness. Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.  Additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of overall cybersecurity experience Understanding of RMF and related NIST publications Strong desire to advance and grow expertise Advanced written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, escalate risk, and achieve measurable results US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust Hybrid role; candidate must be willing to government site in DC as needed (approx. once a month) and to EGT Corporate in Rosslyn as needed (approx. once a week); but telework is subject to change if the Government requires increased onsite support or the role changes

Desired Qualifications:

Desired (one of these): CISSP, GSEC, GSNA, or other comparable certifications Willingness and ability to travel as needed
