ISU - FICA

9-12 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) FICA Module implementation and support with 2-3 Full Life Cycle implementations. Expert or thorough knowledge in BRF and its use in Dunning. Hands-on experience with FICA configuration in SPRO and Customer Account Maintenance, Incoming & outgoing payments, Dunning, Credit worthiness, Clearing, Payment processing integration, integration with billing, down payments, Installment Plan/P2P, Interest on Cash security deposits, handling of cash security deposits, interest, charges & returns, external cash desk, write off and taxes. Hands on experience in Contract Receivables & payables handled by FICA component and Its sub ledger for mass data & open item management Good understanding of accounting principles and FI module (GL, AR, AP, finance) and hands on experience in integration with SAP Finance system. Hands on experience in carrying out financial reconciliation and configuring FICA system for auto consolidation to ensure smooth financial reconciliation, including financial closings Hands on experience in integration with online & 3rd party payment collection agency. Hands on experience in designing BI reports related to various FICA processes. Working knowledge of integration with CRM/ECC is preferred. Good understanding on Integration to other SAP and Non-SAP systems Good communication skills, works independently and at least 3 years of customer facing role.

ISU - Device Management

9-12 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) SAP IS-U Device Management Module implementation and support with 2-3 Full Life Cycle implementations. Know how to prepare functional specification documents and/or business Design Documents, test cases Experience in deploying and leading teams in the deployment of the SAP IS-U Device Management module in electric utilities. Solution design, configuration and testing for business process scope including meter shop (inventory, testing, inspections), routes and consumption reads, read uploads to Billing, integration to back end work management for work assignment(s). In depth knowledge of the Technical Master Data model and DM configuration in supporting design / build activities with integration to Billing master data. Extensive experience in integrated and parallel testing planning and execution for batch job processing and exceptions. Hands on experience in designing BI reports related to various Device Management processes. Working knowledge of integration with Meter Data Management and/or Head End standard and AMI systems/networks is preferred. Good understanding on Integration to other SAP and Non-SAP systems Good communication skills, works independently and at least 3 years of customer facing role. SAP certification preferred

ISU - Billing

9-12 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) SAP IS-U Billing Module implementation and support with 2-3 Full Life Cycle implementations. Should have overall understanding of utility Industry and Market dynamics like regulated markets and deregulated markets Know how to prepare functional specification documents and/or business Design Documents, test cases Hands on experience on Billing Master Data which includes rates, operands, variants, rate categories, rate types, rate determination, billing schema etc. Experience with ABAP development and Bill Print Hands on experience of Interlinking between Contracts, Contract Accounts, Business partner and Installations Hands on experience of Special Billing processes like Manual Billing and Bill corrections Working knowledge of Mass processing for billing, Invoicing, collective Invoicing and bill prints Working knowledge of Mass scheduler and variants for Mass scheduler Knowledge of Integration with CRM, FI/CA, and DM. Understanding of Print Workbench Knowledge of Integration of SAP IS-U and SD Billing Hands on experience with Real Time Pricing and installation groups Complete understanding of payment plans (Budget Billing and Average Monthly Billing) and its integration with FI/CA Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Hands on experience in designing BI reports related to various Billing processes. ISU - Customer Service

9-12 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) Responsible for aligning detailed customer service business processes and requirements to SAP IS-U CCS/CR&B Utilities solutions (tools & applications) Planning and designing / architecting projects as well as providing integration and solution delivery oversight. Will work with and lead deployment teams to ensure sound and leading practice design, end to end integration to support business processes and utility business objectives. Experienced in deploying and leading team in the deployment of SAP IS-U ECC Customer Service functions in electric utilities.  Experience and exposure to Hybris is a plus. Up to date skills with regards to SAP front office direction and options for SAP IS-U CCS, SAP IS-U CR&B, SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C. Experience in leading and contributing to multi-component team(s) including, Customer Portal / IVR integration / as well as a dedicated front office team. Hands on experience in designing BI reports related to various Customer Service processes. Hands on experience with Front office integration to Customer Service Portal(s). Good understanding on Integration to other SAP and Non-SAP systems Good communication skills, works independently and at least 3 years of customer facing role. SAP certification preferred
