Pseries(Power 5,&7) MMA MMB MMDHands on Experience on Backup Solution with VERITAS Net backup 7.0Basic Knowledge of networking concepts.Working knowledge of Operating Systems like, Linux,Aix & VMwareHealth checking of the Servers and managing the account management system.Providing 24/7 technical support to Production and development environments.Working knowledge in Datacenter environment of OS ranging Linux (Red hat), AIX , ESX etc.Experience in Creation and managing user accounts, security, rights, disk space and processMonitoring Red hat Linux .LVM creation & modification, File system management & Patch ImplementationBasic Hygiene, GSD (OS Hardening) & Security Health Check of OS.Installation of Packages, Patches and maintenance & RPMSudo privilegesInstallation and configurations of VERITAS Net backup client on Linux, AIX servers.Performance Monitoring of AIX, Linux ServersInstallation & Configuration of various kinds of software like IBM Tivoli Monitoring, RAID Manager,NetBackup client.Installation and configuration FTP,NFS,SAMBA,Network bonding configuration on Linux server and Ether channels in AIXCreating and managing Virtual Machines and Templates. Working with Snapshots of Virtual MachinesClusters HACMP in AIX and VERITAS clusters in LinuxVIO server in AIXInstallation & configuration NFS, FTP, DHCP, SAMBA, DNS. etc.Server /devices Firmware upgradesServer Consoles.Top 3 responsibilities you to shoulder and execute:
