Assist in organizing large departmental events and contacting suppliers for custom sourcing of appropriate products
Assist in arranging monthly departmental fruit days and birthday celebrations
Travel and daily reimbursement claims application and submission
Inter-departmental coordination, involving HR, Finance, Purchase and other departments
Office supplies management, timely stock check and replenishment
Monthly KPI data maintenance and email release
Daily administrative work and other supervisory arrangements
Qualifications1. Onboard as soon as possible and be able to work as at least 4 days per week for 6 months, full attendance is preferred
