Job Description

This role will be responsible for performing the duties of Administrative Assistant for the Lennox Corporate IT Department. 

 

Job Duties:

Schedules meetings and other eventsSchedules and Manages re-occurring IT operational meetingsAnswer main telephone line and transfer to the appropriate staff member, handle basic questionsPerform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and data entryArranges travel, coordinates events, and schedules meetings as directedDistribute mail; maintain office suppliesProvides administrative support to the IT Senior Leadership team including but not limited to maintaining expense reports, outlook calendars, contact lists, etc.Provide general support to staff and visitors Manage office assignments & availability for IT areasCoordinates and arranges catering for lunches and special eventsAbility to handle special projects and ad hoc requests as needed, e.g. assistance with preparing a presentation, org charts, spreadsheets, etc.Performs other related duties and participates in projects as assigned Qualifications

Requirements:

High School diploma (Associates degree preferred)2+ years of recent experience in an administrative assistant role or project managerExpertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Experience in SharePoint and SAP, preferred Excellent writing and verbal communication skillsHigh standards of confidentiality, trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalismDetail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and be highly effective in a team environmentAbility to work with minimum supervision
