IT Administrative Specialist I
The IT Administrative Analyst will work within the IT Team to provide administrative support for Niagara’s HQ office and plants.
+ Understanding of financial concepts including but not limited to budgeting, variance, forecast, and ROI.
+ Ability to independently gather required information to organize and perform financial analysis assignments.
+ Proven ability using spreadsheet and database software for financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports.
+ Manage IT department budget and forecast under the guidance of Sr. IT Leaders.
+ Create, monitor, and track department purchase orders.
+ Create, monitor, and track annual Software and Hardware maintenance schedules and costs.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
+ Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
+ Assist in the production of key documents including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, and process documentation.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to communicate and interact at executive and junior levels

+ 1 Year – Experience in providing departmental administrative support
+ 1 Year – Experience in similar position
+ 1 Years – Experience managing administrative projects

Education
Minimum Required:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

$68,640.00 - $88,874.50 / Yearly
