IT Support Technician II/ IT Administrator will be responsible for for the administration, troubleshooting, supporting and assisting end-users with Windows applications requests, mobile device management, hardware/software troubleshooting, ticketing systems, security, password resets and more within a cloud environment. Client: Non-Profit Worksite: Los Angeles, CA (90043) Onsite/Remote: 100% Onsite Pre-Placement: Background Check, Live Scan & TB Test Process: 1 Virtual Interview, 1 Onsite Interview (Walk through of vicinity) > Offer Requirements Environment (Must Haves) + Azure AD + MS Defender + Some Security experience (nice to have) + Intune + O365 Administration + Customer service, VERY IMPORTANT Day to day: + 3-4 years of experience supporting users with laptops, printers, O365 (not administering but troubleshooting), Azure AD, Server support 2016-2019, (PW resets and account creation) + Ability to be on a team, supporting 450 end users between Norcal and Socal + Track all open service requests and incidents using a ticketing system and ensure resolution to our end-users’ satisfaction. + Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. + Provide Technical support for all employees in onsite and remotely via telephone, e-mail, remote connection, personal assistant through any Ticketing system as well as onsite support. + Identify and resolve issues regarding general computer problems, printing, internet access, emails, network drives, remote connection, device set up, etc. + Experience in managing Windows Active Directory – add/delete users, onboarding/decommission accounts. + Experience with Microsoft Office 365 support – troubleshooting, supporting and assisting end users on navigating through software. + Team-player, works in collaboration with team environment, is able to handle multiple departments and provide white-glove support. + Customer service skills ** soft skills are very important *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
