About the Role- New York Based IT Administrators form the backbone of day-to-day configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of all Hinge Health’s IT assets. It is a position of high trust requiring administrative access to some of the most sensitive IT systems in the company. We’ll be giving preference to candidates who have previous experience with vendor relationship management (VRM) or third party risk management (TPRM), and also those with interest in developing this area. What You'll Accomplish Resolve IT requests quickly and professionally via IT Ticketing System and IT Support Slack channel Build and manage relationships with the many vendors that support the business Become a champion of spreading good security awareness and culture Use empathy to build trust and joy with the company at large Leverage automation in IT processes to enhance efficiency Perform configuration changes quickly with low error rates Maintain accurate and well organized IT records Hinge Health Hybrid Model: New York We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or IT Specialist 1+ years of experience working with Jamf 1+ years of experience working with Google Workplace Management Experience managing hardware running MacOS, Windows, Zoom Rooms software. Preferred Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas to colleagues, executives, and external partners. This includes clear and concise communication, active listening, and the ability to build relationships through effective communication. Resourceful Problem-Solving: Demonstrates a proven ability to identify and implement effective solutions to logistical challenges, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly by proactively addressing issues and finding creative solutions. Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrates a willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to evolving situations. Is comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and environments, maintaining a high level of performance and stepping in to assist colleagues as needed. Strong Organizational Skills: Possesses excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Linux Skills: Demonstrates a comfort level with Linux in a corporate environment, specifically Ubuntu Linux. Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
