IT Systems Administrator supports, troubleshoots, and maintains the organization’s on-premises computer systems. As well as cloud-based and on-premises application infrastructure services. These services include, but are not limited to, Parallels RAS, Microsoft Dynamics AX, UKG Kronos, DocuSign, DocuWare, and numerous SAAS applications.
This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

Manage and maintain the following:Microsoft ServersTerminal ServersRemote application serversDocument management infrastructureCreate server images that include the operating system, security software, and applicationsPatching Microsoft Windows Server operating systemsTroubleshoot and remedy server issues, tier 2Upgrade on-premises software applicationsPerform Activity Directory tasks associated with users and application requirementsPerform Azure/Entra ID tasks associated with users and application requirementsAssist with setting up and maintaining SAAS applicationsPerform technology reviews for newly requested softwareResolve Incident Management issuesProvide end-user support and troubleshooting for application issuesDevelopment of systems and procedure documentationRespond to critical system and application issues (off hours)Interact with other teams to assist in troubleshooting Qualifications 2-3 years administering Windows Server (2012-2020)2-3 years experience in patching Windows ServersExperience with cloud computing platformsExperience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server networkingGood understanding of TCP/IP networking Required Skills Excellent time management skillsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as a member of a teamInitiative to research and resolve problemsPreferred Skills/Qualifications:
Experience administering a Microsoft endpoint management solution such as Microsoft Deployment Tool (MDT), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
