Description ***Please NO C2C or 3RD PARTY VENDORS at this time*** We are in search of an IT Administrator to join our team located ON-SITE in Scottdale, Pennsylvania. This role operates within the IT industry and involves managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of our network, and providing technical support as necessary. Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, training, and special projects. • Implement, manage, and maintain Firewall Technologies to protect data and network infrastructure. • Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting skills for Microsoft systems. • Ensure the continuous function of necessary IT operations, including operating systems. • Manage and update the organization's hardware systems to meet company needs. • Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization. • Conduct regular system audits and software performance tuning. • Provide strategic guidance on IT technologies and industry trends. • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to ensure data security and integrity. • Handle business-critical IT tasks and system backups to ensure smooth IT operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware: The candidate must have a strong understanding of various computer hardware components and their functionality. • Knowledge of Firewall Technologies: The prospective candidate should be well-versed in firewall technologies to ensure the security of our IT systems. • Expertise in Microsoft Suite: The applicant should be proficient in using Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Networking Skills: The candidate should possess robust networking skills, including setting up and managing both wired and wireless networks. • Mastery of Operating Systems: The applicant should have a thorough knowledge of multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS, and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
