Siemens Corp., IT Americas organization is seeking a qualified intern candidate for its IT Americas Internship Program in Data Insights & Project Management to focus on establishing a more flexible and modular IT Digital Backbone for application hosting, application management, and infrastructure support. This program begins in May 2025 and is based in Alpharetta, GA.
Role Description:Provide new insights and trends to enhance project management and reporting, with a strong focus on successful collaboration, time management, and increasing influence. Drive involvement and ensure progress on deliverables. Learn and share new trends. Analyze data and report in a meaningful way using necessary tools. Assist and prepare executive style reports. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic QualificationsCurrent rising senior undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Pursing a degree in Management of Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Alpharetta, GA and be able to work 40 hours per week from May to August. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to bridge between technical and overall business acumen. Excellent communication skills. Strong understanding of IT technologies and emerging trends, with the ability to analyze key project data to support informed decision-making and ensure successful project deliverables. Ability to work effectively with multinational and diverse groups and demonstrate leadership skills. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a variety of concurrent activities. Self-Starter with good time management skills. Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. Knime). Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
