IT Analyst

Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a Systems Analyst to perform system security, end-user assistance, and data & operational analysis within Trident, our in-house business/maintenance/wood system.

 

Principle Responsibilities

Maintain system security/permissionsUpdate approval rulesMaintain alternate approversMaintain distribution list accuracyPerform system changes required with new employees, terminations, or changes of position, including changes to approval rules, permissions, inquiries, open records, etc.Address user questions and troubleshoot systems issuesAssist users in submitting tickets to request system changes, including working with users and programmer to clarify requirements, test after program changes are made, etc.Review tickets from other mills to discuss impact with local usersAssist users in testing and approving pilot builds for completed ticketsAssist users with data integrity – identify concerns, investigate, monitor & train users to correctAssist users with writing inquiries to gather dataAssist with Semi-Annual review and auditsMonitor daily reports to identify potential issues with the report schedulerAssist with after-hours emergencies as neededOther duties as assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications

Associate degree in an IT related field1-3 years of experience in data analysis in a manufacturing environmentMust be authorized to work in the U.SMust work on-site – this is not a remote or hybrid positionMost possess a valid driver's license

 

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field
