IT Analyst

As an IT Analyst, a typical day might include the following:  

Designing, implementing, researching, securing and supporting enterprise systems.

Identifying and mitigating risks inherent in IT systems.

Monitoring, improving, troubleshooting and performing capacity planning for systems.

Supporting and troubleshooting complex user requests.

Planning and managing projects.  Creating and maintaining concise and thorough IT documentation.

This job might be for you if you:

Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment

Have 2+ years of related experience in a technical environment

Have knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies

Have experience automating processes for Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code

Have a desire for life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies

Have experience teaching and mentoring IT interns and associates

Embraces dynamic, fast-paced environments; adapts well to rapid change

Have the ability to participate in after hours on call rotation

Practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics

Have excellent customer service commitment

Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills


Preferred Qualifications

Technical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processes

Ability to meet Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards of SEL

Experience using programming languages and script writing

Pay Range Data

Associate IT Analyst: $54,500 - $81,700, IT Analyst: $60,800 - $95,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
