Overview This position can work from any of our TRC office locations: https://www.trccompanies.com/offices/ TRC is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Functional Analyst I/IT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the implementation of systems and solutions. Responsibilities 1. Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support related to ERP system functionalities. Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their concerns in a timely and effective manner. Other duties as assigned 2. Troubleshooting: Investigate and analyze reported problems, identifying root causes and implement appropriate solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the integrity of ERP data. 3. System Maintenance: Assist in implementing enhancements, updates, and patches to the ERP System. Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement. 4. User Training: Provide training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices. Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting, system configurations, and user guides. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, human resources, and other relevant departments. Communicate effectively with end-users, translating technical information into user-friendly language. 6. Incident Management Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and system changes within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Escalate critical and complex technical issues per internal escalation policies. 7. Quality Assurance Implement and test new features or modifications to existing modules. Participate in testing activities for system upgrades and implementations. 8. Project Support Provide assistance during ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Can be substituted for relevant work experience. Proven experience in ERP system support and administration in Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint hubs and functional processes. Including reporting and system configuration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ticketing systems for incident management. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
