**Responsibilities**
+ Provides advice, guidance and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards. Evaluates and selects appropriate methods and tools in line with agreed policies and standards. Implements methods and tools at project and team level including selection and tailoring in line with agreed standards. Manages reviews of the benefits and value of methods and tools. Identifies and recommends improvements. Contributes to organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for methods and tools.
+ Coordinates and manages planning of the system and/or acceptance tests. Takes responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities. Provides advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution. Identifies process improvements, and contributes to corporate testing standards and definition of best practice.
+ Leads the assessment, analysis, planning and design of release packages, including assessment of risk. Conducts post release reviews. Ensures release processes and procedures are applied and that releases can be rolled back as needed. Identifies, evaluates and manages the adoption of appropriate release and deployment tools, techniques and processes (including automation).
+ Demonstrates creativity and takes initiative in problem solving. Resolves or facilitates resolution of complex problems for assigned programs.
+ Project assignments are large in scope and are highly complex.
+ Provide exceptional customer service to CommonSpirit end users, Business Stakeholders and other members of CommonSpirit ITD.
+ Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more ServiceNow development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and roles, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
+ Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to groom and prioritize the backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with business priorities.
+ Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team productivity and delivery, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
+ Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
+ Promote a culture of transparency, openness, and trust within the team, encouraging constructive feedback and facilitating healthy conflict resolution.
+ Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to share best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
+ Stay current with Agile methodologies, industry trends, and ServiceNow platform updates, and contribute to the evolution of Agile practices within the organization.
+ Prioritize the team's needs above all else, leading, coaching, and offering guidance when needed, and serve as an advocate for the team in front of stakeholders.
+ Identify impediments in sprint task completion and remove those barriers to increase productivity.
+ Seek out data that highlight areas of improvement for the team.
+ Enhance and streamline processes to increase the team's efficiency, and facilitate the operations of businesses in a cost-effective way.
+ Be flexible in approach to change within the organization and project timeline, such as shifting priorities or accommodating unexpected challenges.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest new approaches based on industry trends.
+ Remote eligible.

**Qualifications**
+ BA or BS in Computer Science, Technology, or Business discipline or equivalent experience is required.
+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
+ Minimum of 2 years Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices.
+ Experience in managing ServiceNow implementations using Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove impediments to team productivity.
+ Ability to track and report on team performance metrics.
+ Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus

**Pay Range**
$32.08 - $46.51 /hour
