Responsibilities: * Works with key stakeholders within HR business functions alongside our HR Technology Products team to support our enterprise-wide Oracle HCM * Works with key stakeholders in support of the set-up and testing of the Workday HCM * Supports one or more highly complex business processes * Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities * Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
