Role overview

IT Analyst Intern

This position is responsible to monitor the IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, network, communication, and DC) and provide first level support to end users and computing workplaces.

Job responsabilities

Your tasks:

1st level support for end users and workplaces. 1st level support for networks. Perform OS deployment on standard workplaces. Deliver IT equipment for new and current employees. Act as the face of IT as first contact. Support voice and data network links. Support datacenter room, server, storage, backup, and environmental aspects. Provide support to backend teams in global projects. Provide support to purchasing in IT related projects. Participate in IT related projects based on business needs. Participate in projects with new vendors and ZF global infrastructure projects. Requirements

Your profile:

Cursing college in the field of computer science / business informatics / electrical engineering. Knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and networks. Experience with different Windows Operating systems Server/Client. Knowledge of basic IPV4 networks. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail oriented, organized & methodical.
