Description Job Posting: IT Application Administrator Location: San Francisco, CA Are you an experienced IT Application Administrator looking to manage and support applications while contributing to a dynamic team? We are seeking an IT Application Administrator to provide advanced troubleshooting, IT support, and application administration for a well-established organization. This temporary to permanent opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about both operational efficiency and end-user experience. Responsibilities + Provide Tier 2 IT Helpdesk support: + Deliver advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and cloud applications in a primarily Windows environment. + Resolve issues and oversee application administration with platforms such as Zoom, Box, Slack, Asana, and SharePoint. + Manage the onboarding and offboarding of users across critical systems. + Monitor, test, and implement new features and updates in various applications. + Support procurement and asset management operations to maintain IT inventories. + Collaborate with teams on ad-hoc projects and evolving IT needs to drive operational success Requirements + Proven experience in an IT Application administrator role providing Tier 2 IT support + Hands-on experience with application administration tasks, such as managing user access and maintaining SaaS-based tools. + Knowledge of the following technologies: + Cloud Tools: Zoom, Box, Slack, Asana, and other SaaS tools. + Operating Systems: Windows (main focus) and familiarity with macOS. + Collaboration Platforms: SharePoint. + Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively across teams. + Self-motivated with attention to detail and proactive initiative.
